基于雙SOGI的永磁同步電機匝間短路故障診斷研究

摘 要 :永磁同步電機匝間短路作為電機繞組中的常見故障,會導致相間短路甚至引發火災,嚴重 影響電機安全穩定運行。建立了定子匝間短路故障的電機模型,采用雙二階廣義積分 (SOGI) 對故障時的電壓負序分量進行提取,將故障特征量幅值與設定的閾值進行比較來實現定子匝間短路的故障診斷。 仿真和實驗結果表明,該方法可準確提取故障特征量,具有診斷速度快且精度高等優點,有效提升了電機運行的穩定性,具有較好的應用前景和實用價值。

Abstract: Inter-turn short circuit in permanent magnet synchronous motor, as a common fault in motor windings, can lead to interphase short circuit and even cause fires, seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the motor. A motor model for stator inter-turn short circuit fault was established. The negative sequence component of the voltage during the fault was extracted by using double second-order generalized integration (SOGI), and the amplitude of the fault characteristic quantity was compared with the set threshold to achieve the fault diagnosis of stator inter-turn short circuit. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can accurately extract fault characteristic quantities, has the advantages of fast diagnosis speed and high precision, effectively improves the stability of motor operation, and has good application prospects and practical value.
